Your Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

If you are a consumer in the UK and you bought goods at a distance (e.g. online or by phone), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Some items, such as candles that have been lit or personalised items, may be exempt from the right to cancel once used or made to order.

Faulty or Not as Described

How to Return

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in pound sterling (GBP) using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or of you informing us of cancellation (whichever applies).
